About Your Physician
Dr. Abed is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts with honors. He completed a four-year residency in Anesthesiology at the distinguished Pennsylvania State University Program. Dr. Abed further advanced his training by completing an interventional pain medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
With over 13 years of experience, Dr. Abed has worked in the Baltimore area providing general and cardiac anesthesiology, as well as interventional pain management services.
